Good description - you captured exactly what most of us go through every time, I think. and I've been doing it for 25 years. Not too often, but enough. You may find you do it for a few weeks, or even a few months, as much as you can, and then suddenly you just stop doing it for a year, or more. I've gone several years without doing it. Then it comes back again for another visit.
