Dear board,
I've been a casual visitor of (and infrequent poster to) this message board for about 10 years now. Having seen, read and personally experienced quite a bit regarding this fetish, I realize that I've hit a wall. 2 walls, actually. I would like to meet someone (a woman) who is interested in this; I would also like for the pants-pooping lovers who walk among us to form a more cohesive group where there's more personal interaction and sharing. This board has been a great place to visit to hear others' stories and share links to the occasional photo set or video. However, it hasn't been without its problems. Many have complained before about not having dedicated handles or screen-names with logins so as to be able to non-ambiguously identify oneself on a permanent basis. Also, the lack of moderation has been a sore point: some members in the past have been like bulls in China shops, wrecking the community spirit and attitude and making others feel bad about themselves. And I won't fail to mention that unless you pay, you can only see 1 month of archives here. As for photo sharing, wetherbed.com is okay, but it's also limited unless you pay, and cross-posting of video links requires unnecessary hacks; currently there's no way to post videos here or on wetherbed, requiring us to use less-than-ideal services like RapidShare and whatnot.
So what I'm proposing, and what I've already started work on, is the creation of a new website that offers everything that the existing sites lack, plus some extras. The site would cater to other fetishes, too, but there would definitely be an area on the site dedicated to pants pooping and other poop-related fetishes. The format of the site would be like a kind of dating site, with profiles, groups/forums, personal ads, chat rooms, live chat, video, photo galleries, etc. You could say that it's my way of scratching the almost life-long itch of pants pooping by bringing more people out of the closet and giving everyone a safe place to hang out and share and hopefully meet in person.
What I'd like to know from people here is what you'd like to see as far as features and whatnot. I'm very serious about this site, since I'm going to work on it full-time, with plans to have it generate income. Do any of you have a wish-list of things you'd like to see on this proposed site? How about a shit list (no pun intended) of things that you hate about this site or other sites that have catered to pants poopers in the past? I don't want to repeat others' mistakes, and I want to provide what others have failed to provide before. Do you think you'd use such a site if it existed? Are permanent screen names important to you? Do you wish that you had a voting and moderation system? How about the ability to perform keyword-based searches on every post that has ever made made so that you can drill down to your specific aspect of this fetish?
Let me know your thoughts if you're interested. I've already purchased the domain name (a secret for now) and have begun the initial implementation (I'm a software engineer by trade). All suggestions, comments, rants and raves are welcome.
