You're probably right - doing out in public, even in a park or in the woods would be a stretch for this gal right now. She could simply wait to actually "do it" until just as she got in the door and have the conversation all the way home with her husband - lucky guy - about how bad she needs to go and what would he do if she messed herself. Let's hope she tries something like that and that her husband picks up on the cue and is gentle with her and helps her clean up and "rewards" her later.
