I step into the shower with a plastic bag,pull down my plastic pants and take off the diaper and put them in the plastic bag.Tie up the bag and put aside.Then I pull up my plastic pants and turn on the shower.As I start to lather up from my head downward,my plastic pants fill with soapy water.I lather the outside of my pants and rinse off.Then I drain the water from the pants by pulling on a leg elastic and fill my pants with water over and over till the water is clean.
While still wearing the pants I lather up the inside real good and keep the pants pulled up for a while.Then I rinse it all down and sometimes repeat.
