I tried to be a big girl, but I had a poopy accident!
I started crawling towards the toilet potty because I knew there was a poopy coming. Daddy says I'm a big girl now and I shouldn't still be going poopy in my diapers. But I'm not really a big girl yet at all! I've still got my bottle and my pacifier, and Daddy keeps me in diapers all the time, so I don't know why he says I'm a big girl.
So with my baby bottle in one hand, I crawled closer to the toilet, knowing what I was supposed to do, but not really sure about it. I looked at the big girl toilet, and it's very scary! My pacifier dropped from my mouth to the floor cos I was a bit frightened. So I had to stop for a bit and have a suck on my bottle. I crawled a little bit closer, but I really wasn't sure about this at all.
Close to the bathroom door I stopped again. The poopy was about to come out, so if I was going to use the toilet I had to hurry. But... the thing is, I didn't really want to use the toilet. I'm not big enough yet to do it by myself. It's much easier just to have an accident in my diaper instead. And it feels kinda nice too! It feels all warm and squishy on my bum when I go potty in my diaper, and I like it too when Daddy has to clean me up and change me.
So I decided that I'd just tell Daddy it was an accident and I didn't make it in time. Then I let the poopy come out and I got my diaper all nice and warm and full. That felt better - I didn't want to be a big girl anyway!

Knowing I wouldn't have to actually use the scary toilet now, I felt much safer going into the bathroom. I plopped myself down on the floor, squishing the mess in my diaper all over my bum. That felt nice too! In fact it felt so nice I decided to sit and bounce on the toilet seat and squish it some more. Even though I'd done a big poopy in my diaper, I pretended I was being a big girl like Daddy wanted, using the big girl toilet, and I even flushed it. That's usually the scariest part!
Then I decided I'd prove to Daddy that I wasn't a big girl yet, and leave him a little big surprise beside the toilet. Maybe he'd guess that I'd had an "accident on purpose" but I didn't care. I quickly got a towel and pulled down my dirty diaper. It was really full and messy and I had a big dirty mess on my bottom too.
I squealed with delight as I plonked the dirty diaper down on the floor, and ran off to my bedroom, still with a big poopy mess on my bottom! This is what happens when you try to potty change little girls too early before they're ready!
