Kim is planning to spend her day in the same diaper, just wetting and messing it whenever she feels like it - not changing herself or asking her boyfriend to help. He's out for the day anyway, so it's Kim alone, just her and her diaper!
There is something very special about the feeling of a heavily wet and dirty diaper hanging down between her thighs, rubbing against them as she walks and goes about her daily chores. It's a secure and babyish feeling, knowing that she doesn't even have to think about being a big girl, let alone try. She can sit on the couch for example, looking at her phone, and not even care if needs to pee or poop.
She starts the day doing the washing up, and her diaper already has a nice bulge at the back, stained to the outside by what's inside, sitting warmly against her butt. Then she moves downstairs to finish the laundry. As she leans over to pick something up, or bobs up and down, the heavy bulge in her diaper is clearly visible.
Then it's time to relax on the couch for a bit and fiddle with her phone as girls like to do. Kim looks very peaceful in this scene, happily sitting there with her bare legs wide apart and the yellowish bulge of her diaper there for all to see. The nonchalant way she sits there with her legs apart is the perfect image of the cute girl next door who still wears and uses her diapers. It's possibly one of the sexiest images of Kim I have seen.
Then she gets dressed in her sweat pants and jacket to go outside to collect some firewood. She needs to stretch out the pants to get them to fit over her bulging diaper! I love the way the bulging diaper is clearly visible through her pants, and just in case it wasn't already obvious enough, while outside she pulls her pants down slightly to reveal the diaper, but best of all she squishes and presses the diaper bulge with her hand, mashing the poop against her butt and the tops of her legs.
Finally it's time to take the diaper off, revealing the mess inside. In the bathroom she firstly removes all her clothes except for the dirty diaper. It's really hanging down low at the back now, and she pats the bulge with her hand. Then she removes the diaper, showing the poop has gone everywhere! It's not just all over her butt, but has oozed out onto the top of her legs as well. Then it's time for one very dirty girl to hop into the shower!
