Part 4 of Shane's Punishment. To finish him off, Autumn decides it's time to shave his crotch off all it's hair. So she lathes him up and shaves him clean. Next, it's time for another little surprise. SHe brings him out to the living room where she gets him prepped for a catheter. Only, he doesn't know this until she starts putting it in.
To finish it up, she puts him in a diaper over the catheter so he now has no choice but to wet himself constantly. Lastly, she puts him in a chastity belt on him to keep him from trying to take anything off. However, to give him hope that it'll come off, she gives him the keys. Which are frozen in a jar of water.
