Joy hires a babysitter a friend of hers recommended. Kat is on time, ready to babysit and earn money towards her first car. Everything is going good until she wakes up wet. She hasn't wet the bed since she was 2 years old and doesn't understand and starts having a small breakdown. Joy, a nurse, tell her it's ok and it's nothing to worry about and starts helping her clean up the couch. But Kat is still freaked out that she wet herself in her sleep and runs out the door.
The next week Joy hires Kat again. Kat agreed, because well, she needs that car. Plus, Joy has promised to refer her to other parents too and this certainly beats fast food. However, Joy has one condition. She doesn't want Kat having another problem and just in case she wants Kat to wear a diaper. Kat decides that's too much for her until Joy reminds her about her car. Plus, if last week was only a one time deal, then it shouldn't matter. She can wear the diaper to bed, and if she wakes up dry, then next time she doesn't have to wear it. Kat finally agrees and Joy goes about diapering her.
The next morning Joy comes home and pulls the covers off Kat to discover she leaked a little onto her shorts. Joy can't believe Kat wet herself that much overnight and maybe next time she'll put her in a night time diaper. Kat is devastated though. She doesn't understand what's going on with her and why she's having these problems. While Joy is trying to comfort a very wet Kat, her hospital calls her in due to a major accident and they need all their nurses right away.
Kat wet so much though that she leaked through to her shorts. That means she has nothing to wear so Joy offers to put her in the other diaper she brought home from work and a nightie. Kat really isn't sure about this, but Joy really needs to go back to work and she could use the money, but is she really going to spend the next 6 hours in another diaper while awake?
