I guess the word "awakened" is the key. Personally I like to discover everything about myself. These women must have had the desire within them and if you have shown that to them then that has got to be a good thing.
A little girl once told me she wished she didn't have the feelings she does because it would make her life easier. That may well be true but ultimately we cannot deny who we are or make ourself into someone we are not.
