Keeping someone in baby/girl mode 24/7 would be a serious test of practicality and I don't know how many would really go for it given the chance.If the girl is a fulltime baby and the man a fulltime caregiver who pays the bills?
I don't get the impression from anyone here that they really are in ageplay role around the clock though that is likely the side of themselves they care to mention here.(Diapers 24/7 would be a lot easier than ageplaying 24/7).
If I had an ABgirl we'd see how far in that direction we would enjoy going (and it might be either of us who was the first to say "let's not go any further") but it shouldn't be expected in any relationship that a total 24/7 would be achieved.
