Recently Bethan has been acting up at bedtime. She won't go to bed when I tell her, and is often hyper. Its a struggle getting her changed into her nappies and pj's and she often gets out of bed once I have put her down for the night. I have had to stop our games of hide and seek before bed as this makes her over excited.
Anyone got any advice for a night time routine? Or any ideas on how to get her to sleep and to get her to stay in bed after lights out?
