Well,I wouldn't want to introduce a girl to the lifestyle any younger than that!An adult baby girl needs to become an adult before learning babyhood.And I feel a lot better about her learning to need diapers if it's an adult decision rather than just a way of coping with a control problem she already had.
Sounds like your bladder has gotten significantly smaller,so all that's needed to produce a well-soaked diaper is to make sure you drink a lot at once.Otherwise you are conditioned to dribble gradually and I hope hardly notice it's happening.
If you've gotten used to wet diapers you can probably get used to messy ones.It's not as easy to lose control of the muscles but if you learn to relax in the face of any pressure it should evolve.And you know how much your Daddy appreciates your being helpless...
