I think the only answer for any given couple has to come from their experience.The more comfortable they are in the roles with each other the more time they'll want in them.
I doubt 24/7 AB role would be practical but I'd hope that a girl could become a 24/7 diaper wearer and change from adult to baby role when in the right circumstances.
