Changing messy diapers quickly is the safest way,but I did correspond with a woman (a health care professional with access to commercial disinfectants) who was able to change only once a day without ill effects.
I've sometimes thought about spanking a girl ON a messy diaper,and the squishing that would cause inside,but have never done it.
It would make things easier for your daddy if you got used to staying in messy diapers until he had time to change you properly.Otherwise you're essentially controlling his schedule when you mess,which isn't very submissive.(You haven't said just what you did to get punished).Of course it's good that you do mess your diapers,many girls never get that far;is it a fully controlled thing or are you getting past that?
