If you have the right kind of relationship with your ABgirl I recommend a hands-on demonstration!
Warning...too much play with Adult baby girls can result in babies of the little kind...but at least the bladder-control-impairment of pregnancy is taken in stride and Daddy gets plenty of practice toward changing the little one's diapers!
(Little ones outgrow their diapers,though...with proper care big babygirls never should).
