I know exactly how your girlfriend is feeling. When I'm feeling and acting very childish its alot of fun and I'm having a great time. Then afterwards I feel guilty about it! Just like you said. Then I try really hard to act as "grown up" as possible and acomplish lots of "grown up" tasks.
I think the reason I feel this way, and maybe your girlfriend does too, is that we're adults, expected to perform as such, and wanting to act like a little girl is so taboo to the rest of the world.
