Though I am not in a LG/AB Daddy relationship right now. When I was, 2 of my best friends knew, and my sister knew. Other than them, I have a few ABs and daddies that I play and hang out with who know. I do pick and choose who I tell, but for my friends, because I share my problems and such with them, so they can understand totally and give me advice, they knew the whole relationship. Plus because I am so close with them, I didn't every want to get the unexpected shocked look, when they seen something or found something. I'm pretty upfront and honest with my close friends.
As for the calling your b/f daddy, I don't think that would draw much attention. Mommy or daddy are partially terms of indearment. I don't know if its specific to one culture, but several of my hispanic friends call me mama, not because I have any kids, but because I am a female, and they respect me. Also to help my nephew learn who "mom" was, I called my sister Mama, and still sometimes do out of habit.
