I would certainly understand the need to keep a relationship from those who would be negative about it,but at the same time would want a girl not to be frightened of discovery...or discovery to frighten her out of wanting her role.
I would hope to see my ABgirl wear diapers even under grownup clothes and not be frightened into ceasing to do so if someone noticed.I would try my best to make her as comfortable as possible in embracing her inner infant.
