A major cause of diaper rash is pee being broken down to form ammonia, by bacteria. If you can control that bacteria it might help. When you wash your panties, use a disinfectant or bleach. Chlorine bleach works well, but damages fabrics. Try a hydrogen peroxide bleach like "Clorox 2" or it's generic equivalent. Also, when you shower it may help to use an anti-bacterial soap when washing the affected areas.
I think pants wetting is beautiful and it's good to do it often and keep them on afterward !! Pottytraining is overrated and it's not for everyone. If it feels good, do it a lot !!
