That's the nature of these relationships...take things as far as you can be comfortable,and Daddy has to make sure the little one stays comfortable as she keeps going further.
As long as you're not comfortable losing control you won't lose control...that's a matter of reflex.But if you can convince yourself of the futility of resisting the urge you can make yourself a real wetter.I tend to like the ABgirl role age to be younger than yours so the only training I concern myself with is into diapers,not out of them!(Perhaps in adult mode you can sneak pads into your panties if you don't want to wear diapers under your dress-up-as-a-big-girl outfits).
Perhaps you'll become more able to sleep in a soaked diaper with experience as well,trusting Daddy to know when a change is really needed.
I love the idea of cuddling ABgirl in my arms but at the same time if waking to see the world through those bars (as well as sucking a paci and in a wet diaper) is something she needs to fully immerse in her role,it may be necessary for her to sleep like that much of the time.A lot depends on the individuals in a relationship.
