I never had any restrictions on bedtimes.
I have had 3 babygirls before in my life. The first 2 did not live with me. The 1st one, Lynn, lived with her parents, so I had no control on the bedtime, she was a high school sweetheart who was a bedwetter upto 16, thats another story. Teri, babygirl 2, usually went to bed early if I stayed at her place. I would diaper her and she would cuddle against me and suck her thumb. Her thumb sucking was a habit long before I introduced her to diapers. Diapers and plastic pants were a big security for her. She just liked wearing them, she rarely wet them.
My last babygirl, Alicia, lived with me. She was incontinent and wore 24/7. She was usually in bed by 8pm anyways. I either changed her for her thick night diapering right after dinner or before bed after a bubble bath.
Her night time diapering usually consisted of 2 6 layer cloth diapers pinned tightly with 6 pins each (talk about thick!!) and 2 pairs of plastic pants under her footed jammies in the winter or under her shorty pj's or just a tee in warmer weather. Other times, especially if she needed to poop was 2-3 disposables with Pampers stuffers and 2 pairs of plastics. She rarely
leaked. Daytime was usually a single diaper and single plastics unless we were going to be out for awhile.
