Would be interested to hear what other LGs and daddies favour. Apologies if this has been addressed countless times before - I’m fairly new to the site.
I got to thinking about this the other evening when, because of the heat, daddy had me dressed in just a nappy and a vest whilst he was fully clothed. The freedom and emphasis in power dynamic was lovely and very exciting. I was so relaxed dressed like that in front of him - something I just couldn’t have imagined 6 months ago. Occasionally, if we’re playing for a whole weekend or longer, daddy will just put me in a t-shirt and leave my nappy off for a while to allow my skin to breathe (no nappy rash yet, thankfully). Not for too long though as there’ve been one or two little accidents!
My personal favourite is definitely pyjamas with a thick night-time nappy underneath – good job really as daddy believes in nice early bedtimes for little girls, so I spend a lot of time in jamas. And if I’ve been naughty, then we both enjoy the lowering of said pyjamas.
Daddy also tends to like me in short frilly dresses – with matching frilly rhumba pants. They’re not really my favourite, as I’m more of a modern little girl and prefer simple sundresses and dungarees. But being ‘made’ to wear them emphasises the relationship and tends to leave me feeling very subby. Sometimes if there’s been a little power struggle while dressing me this way (which he inevitably wins – despite how big a tantrum I throw) I’m often left feeling a little sulky and pouty. This has its own pleasures, as he will try to comfort or cajole me into a better mood, though if my behaviour oversteps the mark then sterner measures are taken.
Daddy loves dressing me and I love the fact that he takes pleasure from that. Rarely a week goes by when he doesn’t surprise me with something – even just a new pair of cute ankle socks or something for my hair.
Oh, and a dummy – the essential accessory! I didn’t like the idea initially and found it embarrassing, but over time daddy introduced me to it gently and now I love nothing more than drifting to sleep on his lap sucking on any one of a number from my growing collection. In fact, I’ve become so fond of them, that now it’s daddy who encourages me to be a big girl and go without occasionally.
Could ramble for hours about various things including bibs and footed jamas, the joys of terry nappies and plastic pants versus disposables and many other things beside. But will do that another time. For now it’s just nice to have shared a little – would love to hear thoughts from others.
