I remember an episode of Rug Rats where the naughty girl Angelica was put into one of the babies’ high chair as a punishment for being a brat. I think the character Angelica is supposed to be around 4/5 years old. Anyway as she is picked up and placed in the highchair, she screams ‘Oh no not the chair’ as is it was some kind of corporal punishment (I guess that was the joke part). Anyway I always remember that episode.
