well, I'm probably not what you were expecting, but I can give you some advice, though you may not want to hear.
General rule of thumb, if you have to ask, have a doctor look at it. Better safe than sorry, and any advice you get here is just guessing, since people here can't see it, and may not be medical personel.
It's your health, don't guess with it.
