You have an interesting (if promising,handled well) situation.
Have you not thought through how you would like her to behave when diapered?
Since she sees this as a punishment rather than something she enjoys (though it has become part of an experience that she enjoys as a whole) she may not get the tension that keeps her interest from merely wearing diapers.Behavior rules that might get her in that mood are simple...tell her she's not allowed to walk or talk.She has to go around on her hands and knees and can't communicate with words (you might also get a pacifier to put in her mouth).Simply "spending the night in diapers" should be easy enough,and you might see if she can keep her pacifier in her mouth overnight (or tie it in place if that's mutually agreeable...getting it to stay in overnight by itself generally takes using it every night for a while and I don't know how often you have these sessions).Wearing a babydoll and diapers shouldn't cause her any trouble sleeping!
How she feels about not merely wearing but using diapers is something you have to discover,and as ever it is important not to force her if she would rather that not be part of it.I would say that if she needs to wet during the time that she is required to be in diapers she should do it in her diapers,at which point you could take them off,clean her up tenderly,and give her the "make up sex afterwards" that she enjoys.Whether she goes back into diapers after the sex would depend on what works for you.
Since the diapers themselves are "punishment" to her,it's important that using the diapers is not something she is punished for.If a spanking in the morning after a night in diapers is called for it might be for letting her pacifier fall out or any lapse in following baby-role rules.
