My perspective on this story is that it was written by a woman and from her perspective. I, too, failed to find a character to self-impose myself on, but simply enjoyed the tale as a look at certain ideas that we've examined in discussions on this board.
As I said before, I think this a woman's interesting way of approaching the notion of online "flakiness", and the general lack of follow through that many in the scene with rather extreme ageplay desires/fantasies suffer. Many of us have been in a place where a radical escape from normalcy and into desire appeals, and for many submissives, this escape is idealized as an abduction and immediate immersion. Such fantasies, in what I've read, tend to involve severe, unsympathetic tops, the likes of which I would have a hard time roleplaying (but certainly might if it meant something special to the right partner).
I'm terribly sorry if the tale was offensive, but just thought I might share it anyway along with the my interpretation of it.
