First try wetting while sitting on the toilet with a diaper on. Try not to get excited, because that'll only make it harder. Turning on the sink faucet usally helps.
Once you've done that a few times you can try standing in front of the sink or sitting in the bathtub.
Also, make sure you lean forward as this applies pressure to the bladder.
Try to repeatedly tell yourself that is ok to wet your diapers.
That should get you started.
