I aggree with Katrinka, talking to other AB girls and Daddies does help. It helps to let you know that others have gone through the same, and that there are some good daddies out there.
After a run with a living together daddy for 2 years. I found comfort in a body pillow to snuggle up to, a close friend to talk to, and time.
