Tammy I have never posted before but I feel that you should take something like this carefully if you are not sure of his response. Mostly go with your own instincts, you know him and he you so your instintc will normally be best.
Enjoying watersports does not guarantee enjoyment of diapers.
You dont say what books of yours he reads Daiper or watersports?
This sounds more like your problem of worrying about as you say your "dirty secret". Did (do) you also think of watersports in the same way. I suspect not which is why you were more able share it.
My suggestion is buy the diapers and wear around the house when he is there and wear them for your pleasure. Ask him his opinion about them, does he like you in, them does he want to help you with them? You can take it from there by the answers he gives.
