I think if a daddy wants to wear a diaper it's ok. He could be a diaper lover and enjoy it other ways that his little girl/boy does.
I wouldn't mind, as long as I wouldn't have to change them. Because then I think that would send mixed signals. When daddy scrapes his knee he might mutter some curse words and got into the medicine cabnet. Now if baby scrapes their knee they'd probabaly get real upset and need daddy attention. See what I mean?
