Make him crawl by scolding him and spaking his diaper bottom when he uses his big boy legs. If he runs around like a naughty boy, punish him by placing him in the play pen and attach him to the bars with his naughty baby harness. Then invite your girl friends over for tea and coffee and they can fuss over him whilst he is still in the play pen.
