Here, she refers to her career in the past-tense and mentions "taking her personal life to the next level". My read on this initially was she is looking to retire into DLG-hood. That may not have been her intention, but I think that (in concert with what follows) is what set so many of us off.

And here, of course, she name drops and goes all Robin Leech on we humble plebians. In combination with the previous implication, those of us Daddies reading get the sense that she's looking to replace her adult toils with little girl hood without giving up any of the expensive habits she's accrued in what would become her former life. As such, she's offering herself up to be taken over the lap of luxury and be spanked with that Corinthian leather belt.
Again, I admit this may not have been what was intended to be communicated, but is (I think) the subtext that some Daddies found so offensive.
