Feeling Confident About Wetting Myself

I dont feel very confident about wetting myself, Daddy tells me its ok but I just cant do it quick enough, it takes ages for me to actually wet. If i have a nappy on, I can wet so easily but if i have big girls pants and jeans on, I cant do it easily. Does anyone have any advice on how I can overcome this and wet myself as if Im wearing a nappy?
