I like disposable best because they are more comfortable. Cloth nappies can be too hot for Australia, especially this time of the year! Cloth nappies are also hard to fit under clothes unless you wear really daggy baggy pants. The elastic on plastic pants also dig onto my legs and make them sore. So all round it would be hard to get me to wear cloth nappies on a regular basis. I guess the only up-side of cloth nappies is that they are environmental friendly.
Disposable nappies are heaps better and easier to change when out in public. They also look very cute
