From what I imagine, you're probably just interested in a sissy (i.e. age+gender +/- diapers/ wetting) roleplay identity. This seems to be a fairly common thing, but you may find that some who indulge in it reject the term "sissy" because of the connotation of humiliation that it implies to them, and simply want to call what they do LG. Personally, I don't find this terribly appropriate as I feel it leaves the physical gender of the player ambiguous. Ironic, that, eh?
