First off, don't pay for tapes/CDs. There is a site called WarpMyMind that has several ABDL related mp3 files, and its free (need to sign up, but no spam). The site has a bedwetting file, and some others you might be interested in.
Hypnosis doesn't work on everyone, but you can increase your chances. You have to want it to work, that is the first and most important step. Next, you have to listen to the file a lot; listen to it while you're doing other things and/or when you're sleeping. The more you listen to it, the better it'll stick and work.
