I am between AB relationships now, but my last AB (of 10 years duration!) slept with a t-shirt (her breasts were easily available for play that way, hee hee), in her disposale diaper, and with white socks keeping her sexy feet and toes warm.
She would ALWAYS wake up soaked, if not also pooped.
You can only imagine what my changing her diaper led to!!
