Never, ever give up!! Find ways to nurture yourself until you meet someone!! I was "alone" for a very long time until I found out one of the people I was closest to actually wanted me to be his "little girl". And it's all still new (about 3 weeks today!)
Ways that I found to express/enjoy my inner little girl side: my stuffed animals, lace anklets and mary janes, cute Pooh Bear overalls (I think I have about 5 pairs now!) my crayolas and coloring books, and my favorite Disney movies..Take a look at a web-site called Inner Child University too.
