In truth, I'd handle it very simply. I'd go through the processes and see if you needed to go to the hospital. If your nose was broken, or it looked bad, I'd rush you over there.
If it didn't. It'd sit there with a pack of ice on your nose, exchanging it with ice cream every few seconds.
That's what I'd do.
Side note: I'm sorry that happened. *offers ice cream anyway* I hope you feel better. ^_^
