I agree with L.E. that there's a fair bit of feeling out of personal preference that comes into play.
I mean, were I to have this situation on my hands, my immediate reaction would probably lie solely within the realm of what I know about the girl and her personal tastes. There's a way to be gentle and understanding, while being firm and resolute at the same time. Getting a girl up early and sitting her on a potty is one option. As mentioned, explaining in a caring fashion that training pants are an option is another. However, a girl consistently wetting has to have proper precautions taken on her behalf if she is unwilling to take care of her incontinence.
It should aslo be noted that, whether within the bounds of roleplay or not, wetting--as intimate a behavior as it is to share--can open up all sorts of emotional issues and is best handled on a case by case basis depending on the mood of the participants. What might be a timid exchange and a cry for attention one week, may be cute and playful the next.
Consistently wetting without wearing a diaper or taking one's diaper off to wet is going to get any Daddy's attention, as this sort of behavior is almost undeniably meant to do just that. So, a good talking to, or even discipline might eventually come into play. HOWEVER, an occassional mistake is understandable and, among other things, would remind me how needed I am as a Daddy, and would of course be cute and a welcome reassurance.
