I do think the mind has to be retrained to not hold it. The first time I peed in front of a daddy I desperately wanted to just let go but it wouldn't come because my brain hadn't been untrained. Unfortunately the daddy thought that that meant that I didn't want to wet myself and nothing could have been farther from the truth. Ironically I did untrain myself to a certain extent by wearing those incontentence panties that are so thin they are really just like a pad but by the time I had managed to do so (because it does take time) I got burnt out on dates and online meetings that led to no play time.
