Well,of course what happens in the course of a relationship with a particular girl depends on just what fetish is shared.I'm sure some girls only want to wet if diapered and some like it best when undiapered.If a Daddy wanted to keep the girl he'd have to know better than to push a girl who hated diapers but liked to wet,or who hated wetting unless diapered,too far.
While a girl who's been a wetter for medical reasons has no erotic context for me at all,I LOVE the idea of getting a girl who wasn't a wetter but wants to become one to the point that she is waking up wet every morning...as well as into daytime loss of control.It may again depend on the girl how much she needed diapers during training but I wouldn't feel she was completely trained unless she was wetting whether or not she was diapered (so the wetting would indicate true loss of control and not a conditioned response to wearing a diaper).Obviously she would need comfort and understanding of her status as unable to help wetting and assurance that this was expected.
