Hi! I reccommend using the little plastic like nose strips that go across the bridge of the nose and open then nasal passage way. While I don't have a snoring problem, I do know some people who do and actually found the strips as a better solution than going to the doctor or taking any drugs for it. If you are interested in trying them, they should be able to be located at the pharmacy or grocery store.
