I have to admit that I'm a bit of a devil's advocate. I was actually hoping that you could NOT extricate yourself from the predicament, could not appease Daddy, and ended up being diapered and sent off to work, because that would be so much fun to hear about :)
From time to time, I have been able to do similar tings with LGs, and I find that blurring the line between "real life" and fantasy or role play can be extremely arousing. All of us "play" at our interests to an extent, segregating that and keeping it fairly private. I really enjoy it when we push it out close to the open, sometimes becoming almost blatant about it - like strolling through the mall with my LG so well-padded that there's no secret what she's wearing beneath her CKs.
It might do you good, babygirl, to misbehave enough that Daddy DOES send you out in a diaper. See if it turns you on more than it frightens you, if it turns Daddy on, if he comforts you more tenderly when you get home needing a change.
