I would think that this might go beyond the normal boundaries of a relationship.
A lot depends on your situation at work, I suppose. Would it be a real hassle to wear a diaper to work, even if you could wear clothes that could hide it? Would the discovery that you're wearing a diaper cause problems with your job?
What you guys do in private is one thing, but I'd think a step like this would have to be a mutual decision, imho.
