I gather he has proposed sending you to a woman who would force you to become diaper dependent.
You never seem to respond to those of us who respond to your posts but as I have said...diaper dependence will happen if you want it to happen.I don't think you should be put in any sort of brute force situation with someone who doesn't love you.If you DO crave dependence in your relationship with your Daddy then you should both be patient and let it develop.And maybe when it happens you'll no longer want to be potty trained (and I hope he won't force you!)
