Well naughty girls with temper tantrums are probably irratable and frustrated about something. You can either put them to bed early and leave them to it, and risk them putting teddy between their legs and relieving their own frustration in a very naughty way. Or you can reprimand them, make them stand in the corner and put a dildo up their wee-wee held in place by their panties pulled up into a tight wedgey. Though admittedly that might frustatre them more. Perhaps then they'll come crying to Daddy to sit them on his knee and play trains and tunnels.
