Depends small work for me because the sides can be ripped apart to fit my tiny waist and snuggly secured with the tapes. I use Goodnites XL when I'm sleeping away somewhere or when I have my period - while it doesn't stop leaks at night it does stop my period from ruining my clothes. I have been curious to see what it would be like to wear a goodnite underneath a Depends.
