I apologize in advance to anyone who remains lonely and searching for that ever elusive "just right" daddy or baby girl. This post is not intended to amplify your void, so please forgive me. But I'm about to explode with happiness and had an irrestible urge to write about the most precious baby girl a daddy could ever dream about. She smothers her daddy with sloppy wet daddy-kisses all over his face, which I love! Today my lil M and I had a picnic in the back yard. It was supposed to be all about ham sandwiches and potato chips. But she insisted on cupcakes. And, because I'm a hopelessly smitten and lax daddy, it turned into a chocolate cupcake fest... with chocolate frosting being smeared on my little girl's face. As she was giggling with delight, I pulled her down on top of me on the lawn and she got chocolate frosting all over me too. She's incredible. Lil M is the most amazing thing to happen to me. I'm so ecstatic, and I just had to share with someone.
