I think it entirely subjective
I've met people that this is a night time only, in the confines of their house/apartment/room thing and that it'll never be more than that.
I've met others who want it all the time, to basically be re-adopted as a little one and want it all the time, every time.
For me, the tenderness of being one of the "good guys" is a natural part of me. I'm a natrual teddy bear. I don't break out the more authoritative daddy side until they want it.
So its entirely natrual for people to want either side. I say whatever makes you and your daddy happy.
Because in truth, that's all that matters.
